Head of Operations
We are seeking a Head of Operations to match our madness with some order.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and stand up critical company infrastructure.
Develop and implement operational processes.
Support our fundraising and investor relations initiatives.
Language Model Fine-Tuning Engineer
Fine-tune our language model to better understand and respond to educational content.
Use NLP and machine learning techniques to optimize the language model's performance.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to integrate the fine-tuned model into our existing products and services.
Full Stack Engineer
Work with our team to design, build, and maintain our intelligent tutor, ensuring that it is scalable, high-performing, and easy to use.
Work closely with our Product lead to design and test MVP features.
Troubleshoot and debug problems.
Pedagogical Lead
Own the pedagogical efficacy element of our research studies and product experiments.
Translate learning science into products.
Stay up to date on emerging learning science and other pedagogical products
Design studies to test learning gains and write research reports on our experiments.
